Student Absence, Tardy, and Early Pick-Up
If your student is arriving late or will be absent from school, please call our attendance clerk, Mrs. Lauren Wischmeyer, at 619-362-3550 Monday to Friday between 8 am and 3 pm, or email her at [email protected]. You may also fill out the Report an Absence form.
We appreciate a minimum of a half-hour advance notice to pick-up your student for an appointment. You may send a note, send an email, or call our office. In order to minimize loss of instruction time, students will not be called to the main office until the parent arrives in the office. Plan for additional time to pick up. NO pick-up is allowed if it's less than 15 minutes before the dismissal time, or during students' lunch time. And for your child's safety, picture ID is required to release a student to an authorized or designated adult. No exception.
